Navigating the lines between folk, rock, country, blues, and bluegrass, pioneers traversing forward, honoring what’s come to pass.
AGT Season 17
Ava Swiss
Ava Swiss moved America during her July 26 AGT audition. The 18 year old revealed that her and her brother were apart of the Oxford, Michigan school shooting in November 2021. Now, she uses singing as a method of therapy for her. Ava Swiss was able to grab the audience’s attention as soon as her audition began. After tearing up about the tragic event, the 18 year old when on to sing a beautiful rendition of “Remember” by Lauren Daigle. The audience was silent throughout her performance, you could seriously hear a pin drop in the auditorium. Her pain and struggles are felt throughout each line of the song.

Melophobix
Melophobix is a Cage-Free Funk band based out of Grand Rapids, MI. Melophobix has also attracted a significant amount of buzz in their short lifespan. Their EP was nominated in 2016 for ‘Best Album by a New Artist’ and the EP’s track “Tortuga” was nominated for “Best Song” by regional radio stations. Melophobix was also awarded “Best Band of 2017” by Walk the Beat (walkthebeat.org), as well as Runner-Up for the festival’s Best Song Contest, with their 2017 single “Ship- Trap Hounds.” They have supported and shared stages with such national acts as: Sublime with Rome, Gogol Bordello…

She was recently a contestant on season 22 of NBC’s ‘The Voice’, starred in two seasons of Outdoor Channel’s “Hunting for Love or Likes”, been featured on Sportsman’s channel’s “MTN Top Outdoors” and Discovery’s ‘Bassquatch Hunter’. She aspires to pave the way for other bad-ass female artists in music, and hopes this is only the beginning for her successful career.

A showcase of musical talent from Danny’s Miracle Angel Network. The D-MAN Foundation was founded by Ziad Kassab in 2009 in loving memory of his little brother, Danny. Knowing how much music positively impacted Danny’s life, Ziad Kassab and Danny’s entire family made it their mission to leave a legacy in Danny’s honor by helping others affected by disabilities enjoy and benefit from the miracle of music therapy.
